HOW DOES VET REPORT WORK
PERSONALIZED CONTENT
You can have multiple users on one institution account and each user as its own report types and texts. This allows for personalized content and report format appearance.
With Vet Report structured reporting is easy, each user can easily upload their common descriptions to the software, give them a short name, creating their Clinical Library, and then just select them as you need it for each report. Off course, all automatic texts are editable, so you can adjust and personalize the reports to each case.
MULTIPLE LANGUAGES
All languages on board. Yes, the user’s back-office is in English, but all the content is in your own language as is the report template you upload (Word File).
METADATA UPLOAD
Upload the animal information directly from PDF or DICOM files and extract meta information from it's content. You can upload echocardiographic measurements from Esaote, GE and Mindray Ultrasound machines.
TEMPLATES CREATION
You can create multiple report classes and exam types. After that you can also create pathology templates that generate a good base start for any report.
STEP REPORTING
Step Reporting, means you can go back to every step of the report and change any info, images, etc. and all the inserted information won't be lost.

You can add subtitles, arrows and text to each image with our included image editor, to detail your findings.

Our Search Feature allows you to search all your reports, either by identification, dates, species, age, sex, exame type, etc.
Structured reporting means your data is organized and hence you can search by Exam Type, Clinical Item descriptions, Conclusion and specific words within it. Consider the potential for Analytics or Research Studies in your practice or institution.
SHARE
This system finalizes all reports in a PDF format, but is also allows you to download it in a Word format.
Once you close the report it becomes available in the clients back office. You can choose to download it, email them directly to a final client or to a referral center directly from Vet Report's platform.
CLIENT BACK-OFFICE
If referrals from other clinics is your main workload service, provide your referral clients with their own back-office page where they can have access and search all reports, as well as edit the personal information.
